Blacklane suspending Ukraine and Russia service

Blacklane has canceled all bookings in Ukraine and Russia and suspended operations in both countries. We informed our chauffeur partners and are in the process of notifying bookers and guests. Their safety is our top priority.

To ease the hardships of our Kyiv chauffeurs, we will pay them the same amount they received in January for both February and March. We will advance those funds this week rather than wait for the typical payment cycles.

“We suspended services in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi because we cannot support the current situation. This might affect innocent parties, but we must condemn the invasion with our words and actions,” said Jens Wohltorf, CEO and co-founder of Blacklane. “Our thoughts are with those suffering. May you all stay safe and may this nightmare end soon.”
