A 2025 Guide to Atlanta Airport Lounges (ATL)

Given that Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is not just the world’s busiest airport as a major hub for domestic and international travel, it’s no surprise that it offers a variety of lounges designed to enhance the passenger experience. Think premium dining and well-stocked bars, private workspaces, showers, and even outdoor terraces.
Speaking of amenities, if you’re looking for a smoking lounge, be aware that Hartsfield-Jackson implemented a total site-wide smoking ban in 2020, including within all lounges. That said, dedicated smoking areas can still be found outside the domestic and international terminals, though you’ll need to exit security to use them.

Delta Sky Clubs
Location: Because Atlanta International serves as headquarters for Delta Air Lines, you’ll find Delta Sky Clubs lounges in every concourse. In fact, some concourses feature more than one.
Having such close access to a Delta Sky Club wherever you are in Atlanta Airport might make it a no-brainer as a lounge choice - the simplest and most immediate way to add a touch of comfort to your journey.
All the Atlanta Airport Delta Sky Club lounges feature food and drink, including premium spirits at the bar. Wi-Fi and charging stations are also available at every facility.
Let’s dive into what each one offers:
Concourse A
Delta operates two Sky Clubs in Concourse A. The Sky Club near Gate 17 is the larger of the two, with lots of seating, two ample food bars, and a carefully managed sense of serenity.
The Sky Club located on the upper floor features private workstations and has plenty of seating. You can also access conference rooms by booking in advance - the perfect way to cater for a business meeting that can’t wait.
Concourse B
Domestic travelers flock to the Sky Club lounge in Concourse B partly because of its high ceiling and terrific views, which bring an air of spaciousness to the site. The food in this lounge is considered quite good, and two large coffee areas make it easy to grab that needed caffeine. The bar area can get busy, but also features multiple TVs so you can catch up on the news or the game while you await your refreshment.
Concourse C
While this Sky Club lounge is smaller than most of the others, the seating is arranged to provide semi-private areas and quiet spaces, which makes it a good choice if you want to get some work done.
Concourse D
Delta also has two Sky Clubs in Concourse D. By far the most popular is the one near Gate 27, which has a very large bar and several private seating areas. The Sky Club near Gate 11, on the other hand, is usually quite crowded and has a rather small bar - though some reviewers were impressed by the service quality.
Concourse E
At Concourse E, you can take a shower before your flight, then spread out to relax or work. The dining experience is excellent, and the bar is large and friendly.
Concourse F
One of the major draws at the Concourse F Sky Club is the outside observation deck. With plenty of comfortable seating and shade, this is a relaxing place to enjoy a cold beer (weather permitting, of course).
Concourse F also enjoys some of the best food at any of the Sky Clubs, a good bar, and spacious seating choices. Very nice shower facilities are also available to help you freshen up before or after your flight.
Concourse T
This cozy airport lounge has very comfortable seating and tends not to be crowded — perhaps because passengers in the know have headed next door to Concourse F’s more lavish food offerings. Conference rooms with full tech capabilities are available in this Sky Club for a small fee.
Access and pricing: Delta Sky Clubs can be accessed up to three hours before your scheduled flight time.
If you’re a Delta Sky Club member (or the guest of a member), or you hold an American Express Platinum card, you have automatic access to all of the lounges on days when you’re ticketed for Delta flights. Delta Reserve credit card holders also have access when they’re ticketed, and can access the clubs for a small fee on other days, as can Gold and Platinum Delta Sky Miles credit card holders. Virgin Australia business-class passengers may also use Sky Clubs, and likewise SkyTeam Elite Plus customers.
For visitors who don’t have these privileges, entry prices start at $695 per year, with up to two extra guests allowed for an additional $50 each.
Those looking ahead to future travel may also be interested to know that a luxurious Delta One Lounge will soon be incoming at Atlanta. The airline’s new class of prestigious lounge space offers visitors an elevated, luxury experience, with one being eyed for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International at some point in the near future.
The Club at ATL
Location: You’ll find The Club in Concourse F on the mezzanine level, adjacent to the interfaith chapel.
One of the main draws here is the bar, along with exceptional views of the Atlanta skyline to enjoy while you sip your beverage. The lounge also offers shower facilities, comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, digital newspapers and magazines, and workstations. Food options include light snacks, soups, sandwiches, and salads.
Access and pricing: The Club at ATL is open to Priority Pass members and select American Express cardholders, including Platinum Card holders. Travelers can also purchase a day pass for $50, subject to availability. However, during peak hours (typically 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM), space limitations may result in a waitlist system.
The Centurion Lounge
Location: Head to Concourse E, near Gate E11, to indulge in one of Hartsfield-Jackson’s newest and most luxurious member spaces.
The American Express Centurion Lounge distinguishes itself with its beautiful and spacious interior, featuring a stunning olive tree as its centerpiece. Surrounding this focal point, soft furnishings, wood paneling, and warm lighting create a comfortable and stylish environment perfect for relaxation. The lounge is also well-suited for work, offering private work booths and shared tables.
For dining, guests can enjoy two self-serve buffet sections with a wide range of options, while The Reserve bar specializes in whiskey cocktails. Three outdoor terraces, open year-round, provide fantastic views of the runways below.
Access and pricing: If you are the proud owner of one of an Amex Platinum, Business Platinum or Centurion Card, you can enjoy access to The Centurion Lounge in all its glory. Delta SkyMiles Reserve and Reserve Business cardholders also qualify when flying on a Delta-marketed or Delta-operated flight. Lounge access is permitted within three hours of the scheduled departure time, except for connecting flights, where this restriction does not apply. You’ll also need a same day boarding pass.
American Airlines Admirals Club Atlanta
Location: This lounge is located in Concourse T, across from Gate T11, offering a respite from airport stress to Admirals Club members and those eligible for entry.
The decor and ambiance are welcoming, but the lounge is relatively small given the airport's size and can become crowded during peak hours. Complimentary drinks (including house beer, wine, and spirits) and snacks are available, while hot food and premium beverages can be purchased. Wi-Fi and personal travel assistance are also provided.
Access and pricing: Annual and lifetime Admirals Club members automatically get access to the lounge, as do Citi/ AAdvantage Executive World Elite Mastercard primary cardholders, ConciergeKey members, and AirPass members with Admirals Club privileges.
Qualifying First and Business Class passengers, as well as oneworld Sapphire and Emerald members, may also receive complimentary access. Day passes are available for $79 or 7,900 AAdvantage miles, but access may be limited during peak hours due to capacity constraints.
United Club
Location: Also in Concourse T, between Gates T11 and T12, is the United Club, intended for use by those flying United Airlines, Star Alliance, or affiliated partner airlines.
This smaller lounge is clean and well-maintained with modern decor, comfortable seating, and nice views. Complimentary beverages include select beer, wine, and spirits, with premium alcoholic drinks available for purchase. The food selection is limited to breakfast and afternoon snacks, with more substantial food options available for an additional cost.
Access and Pricing: United Club members have automatic access to the lounge. Others can purchase a day pass for $59 per person, either at the lounge or through the United mobile app. Annual memberships start at $650 or 85,000 miles for general members, with discounts available for Premier Platinum and Premier 1K members.
USO Lounge
Location: If you’re an active member of the U.S. military, your family can await your arrival free of charge in the USO Lounge, which is located on the third floor of Atlanta Airport’s atrium.
Amenities here include free snacks and drinks (don’t miss Taco Tuesday), a computer room where you can get some work done or surf the web, and a dedicated play area for the kids. Gaming consoles are also available, as well as free Wi-Fi and charging stations, giving you a versatile range of options.
Access and pricing: USO Lounges only support active duty Armed Forces personnel, plus their spouses and families. This includes Reserve and Guard service members, but not retirees or veterans. You must present a same-day boarding pass to gain entry.
